Xuewei Hu

Xuewei Hu is a lighting designer who currently resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is dedicated to using lighting to support storytelling and bring the audience closer to the story.

 

Prior to grad school, she toured as a stage manager, and worked in immersive theater. She holds a B.A. in Theater and Performance Studies from UC Berkeley, and is currently pursuing her M.F.A degree in Lighting Design at Carnegie Mellon University. She is very excited for her first show in New York with the awesome team of One Day Down!
